Teasers

Looks like my box from Harvey!
The bottom row second one from left. He helped me by creating a color scheme (mullet) to fool southern flounder in the marsh down in SC. It worked well!!

That one? I never used it! :ROFLMAO:

Harvey's teasers are indeed beautiful, virtual works of art. So nice, in fact, when you lose one its like losing a good friend.
I'm sure everyone here has seen his imitation Lobster..so damn real I want to take a bite out of it!!!:)

I have used big teasers and small teasers. For me small is the ticket. Just curious what others have seen. I think the Harvey and Tom Teasers might add the splash of color to attract attention.

I am beginning to think in the backbay its the action more than the color, although the colors can be distinguished by fish in the shallower waters... Regardless, I had more fun and just as much action when I switched to a Tsunami 6' Slimwave, A Daiwa BG2000, 10lb. braid, 1/2 oz or 3/4 oz leadheads and a fluoro leader. With arthritis I could still jig for hours at a time.

When fishing in the surf for fluke, a 1/2 or 3/4 ounce jig head or bucktail tipped with a 4" gulp mullet about 12" below a 3/0 bait holder hook with a 3" gulp shrimp or mullet works well.

Tried last year from the surf, in the bay for fluke. Not much luck.
