Just caught a local oyster farm using this "FlipFarm" system from New Zealand. It's one of those "Better Mousetrap" innovations. I've watched commercial oysters farming crews manually flip a string of cages and it takes 2-3 folks a good 30 minutes to flip a 75 yd string. This puppy will do it in 5 min with a single person!!

Technology aside, I'm still fond of the old fashioned, muck around in the mud and find the natural oysters for free school of oystering...
