especially in light of what is obviously going to happen to property values here now that I'm onboard 
Same handle as SOL, I fish NYC/LI, with a boat out of Greenport where my sons and I take on the Gut and Race during the summer/fall months and some surfcasting here on the West End when we're not lucky enough to be out by the boat.
I was sad to see the demise of the old site, and I'm very happy to see that you guys have started strong in the new one - best of luck!

The obligatory joke...
One day, a rather inebriated ice fisherman drilled a hole in the ice and peered into the hole and a loud voice said, "There are no fish down there."
He walked several yards away and drilled another hole and peered into the hole and again the voice said, "There are no fish down there."
He then walked about 50 yards away and drilled another hole and again the voice said, "There are no fish down there."
He looked up into the sky and asked, "God, is that you?"
"No, you idiot," the voice said, "it's the rink manager."
