The Dentist

Have had much experience with those stitches. Keep gently playing with them with your tongue, sometimes they come out. But seven days seems a little less than what I experienced. Sorry.

THe tongue playing driving me nuts lol

That pic reminded me of some the blackfish I caught this pass fall!

After years of apicoectomies, elbow surgery, implants etc. finally told by a doctor that while one shouldn't take ibuprofen more than once every 4 hours, you can take three at a time AND you can take extra strength tylenol in between, thus taking pain medicine every two hours. Prescription stuff makes you constipated.

I was told that too much ibuprofen was bad for the stomach I was taking 800mg 3 times a day for my leg I got immune to it so I stopped taking it so much

Bad for your liver too. When I was working I was taking daily for pain. My liver enzymes were up and my MD told me to stop taking so much.

My personal fave for apicoectomies was vicodin, years before jackasses knowingly abused it. As Crabby said, water in copious amounts is your friend

For "Damn that was a rough day at the Dentist," Dr. Roccus, yes, but not THAT kind of doctor, recommends 3 x Ibuprofen with margarita chasers...

I used to take ibuprofen daily for knee/leg/whatever else pain for quite a few years. One visit the doctor said that I need to quit taking daily ibuprofen or stop drinking. My liver was working heavy OT.

Nowadays I take a couple of Alieve once a month at most. ;)
