The Moon

This sign was getting tossed at Grumman once the LM program ended. So my old man grabbed it before it went out the door.

Every person who walked on the moon walked past that sign.

I really wish he was around to see us going back. Too bad it took so long. :(

The Artemis II Orion capsule is scheduled to hit Earth's atmosphere on Friday, April 10, 2026, at approximately 7:53 p.m. EDT (4:53 p.m. PDT). It will enter the atmosphere at a speed of nearly 24,000 mph (



kph) for a splashdown in the Pacific Ocean at 8:07 p.m. EDT.


Subjecting the capsule to at a minimum of 5000 degrees................

I'll be watching and praying for them.
