Its ok the struggle is real

The fear of car washes is known clinically as autoplenophobia. [1]

Causes and Triggers
  • Claustrophobia: Confined, dark tunnels, low ceilings, and enclosed spaces trigger panic and suffocation fears in roughly 5% to 12.5% of the population. [1, 2]
  • Loss of Control: Handing over vehicle movement to a track, chain, or automated arm creates anxiety about getting stuck, damaging rims, or not being able to escape. [1, 2]
  • Sensory Overload: Loud machinery noises, rushing water, spinning brushes, and flashing lights can disorient drivers or mimic past traumatic events

One less session from now on! Thank you @cany. Saving me the co-pay and my time!

Another meeting at the soon to be new digs. Low voltage conduit placing, holes in floors blah blah blah. Taking shape. Been a ton of planning and work.

new office build outs are fun!! Congrats man!!
Thank you. It has been a bear and slow with permits etc. Also getting all the various folks lined up so we do not have delays. Signed the down payment on furniture today so their team will go out and do their diligence for power etc. That $241K hurt leaving the account!!! Three floors. Going to come out great based on renditions. 19K or so total space, building out 14 -14.5 K

Nice. I only did an interior build, so no permits. 10K sqft in Hauppauge 1393 Vets Hwy. But yes the furniture and fixtures are key to ergonomics for employee happiness after all the infrastructure is built out.
That was a 300K build including fixtures for me.
As a note, and I am sure you know, you can do a cost seg study for accelerated depreciation

20K sq/ft is big...you gotta have like 150-200 employees if its all office, which I guess you do

at 10K sq ft i had room for about 80-90

never got their maxxed out at about 55-60...pivoted to satellite office in Chicago
