§ 19-33 Bonfires and outdoor rubbish fires.

A.
Permit required. No person shall kindle or maintain any bonfire or rubbish fire or authorize any such fire to be kindled or maintained on or in any public street, alley or road. No person shall kindle or maintain any bonfire or rubbish fire or authorize any such fire to be kindled or maintained on any privately owned property or in any other public ground without written permission from the Board of Fire Commissioners in whose area the burning is to be conducted or from its duly authorized representative. During construction or demolition of buildings or structures, no waste materials or rubbish shall be disposed of by burning on the premises or in the immediate vicinity without having obtained written permission from the Board of Fire Commissioners in whose area the burning is to be conducted or from its duly authorized representative. This shall be in no way construed as being applicable to backyard barbecues. The requirements of this section shall be in addition to any other permits required by a higher governmental agency.

Freaking asswipe neighbor called the Fire department because they had smoke in there yard. I burned 1 garbage can of leaves, smoke was gone before F.D. Showed up. They told me to tell my neighbor to go F- themselves?View attachment 46305
Well Mike, if you don't already have one, I suggest one big-azz firepit for your backyard with very "cozy" evening fires, especially when that problem neighbor is downwind. Once you've got a fire well-started, make sure you add a few unseasoned logs to add extra smoke...

Just got home from my friends wake. It was very good, it was more of a celebration of his life than morning. It was a full house, so many people that they couldn’t fit everyone in for the ministers sermon.
On a high note, my son passed his second test for the SCPD, the physical after already passing the written test. ?

So right before Calverton cemetary on the North side theres a guy selling bird houses and flags and a few other things me n Jenn turned around and stopped I was looking for something small to leave by Dads Grave He didnt have anything small but he gave me a small American flag to leave for Dad we chatted for a bit he was a nice guy Mom met us at the cemetery and I told her about the guy who gave me the flag she stopped on the way home and bought a bird house from him and I will too next time I go there
