A lot of that stuff is fine, especially if it's a "Sell By" date or something that says, "Best Until". If it's really an expiration date, then taste it...

Sitting here sipping a single malt. Got the boat in today, not that I expect to actually be able to fish anytime soon as the wind has been nuts, but I slipped her in during a "Day Off" for Aeolus...

Semi-displacement, 2013 22' Eastern Lobsterman.

Once you go displacement, you never go back to planing, especially if you boat in areas that are rarely calm. It's nice to have a linear speed vs. RPM curve, unlike the quantum one of a planing hull.

As one "matures" you tend be protective of your dental fillings...

got a new made in the USA belt today. (main street forge) ...so anyway genuine leather means scraps of chit glued together or on a filler and the crack

Get FULL GRAIN leather cut from one piece...also dont crack when you beat the kids
