I'm coming to the relization that I am now offically old. I was out weeding this afternoon sitting on the ground. I couldn't get up!


Took me like 5 minutes. I had to grab onto the heat pump to pull meself up.

try a yoga class with breath work, ground work and a routine of getting up and down off the ground and balance work.
