I was only earlier checked twice going in by the RI National Guard - you'll be fine.
They used to be scared of us, now we're scared of them - which is ironic. This is from when they went back on the list a few weeks ago,

Rhode Island will remain on New Jersey, New York and Connecticut’s travel advisory list, meaning people who travel from here to those states will have to quarantine for 14 days when they arrive.

The three states enforce their rules in different ways, but work off the same list. Rhode Island was first added to the tri-state area list in early August, then removed, and added back again a week ago.

The tri-state area updates its travel advisory list on Tuesdays, meaning Rhode Island will continue to be on it for at least another week. Gov. Phil Murphy of New Jersey made Rhode Island’s continued inclusion on the list official Tuesday afternoon, and later Tuesday, Connecticut and New York followed suit.

Rhode Island is also on Massachusetts’ travel advisory list, which has even more stringent standards than the tri-state area’s.

The tri-state area uses either of two metrics when putting states on the list: If the total number of daily new cases was above 10 per 100,000 over a seven-day average, or if the percent positive was over 10%. Rhode Island has continued to come in below the percent-positive metric, even under the less-generous ways in which you can calculate that number.

But it was triggered last week by the 10 cases per 100,000 metric, driven by a substantial number of cases among Providence College students. Without those cases, Rhode Island would have been off the list.

Rhode Island is also on Massachusetts’ travel advisory list, which has even more stringent standards than the tri-state area’s.

The move comes as Rhode Island reported some data quirks last week, removing a number of duplicate records from the rolls of people who have tested positive. This routine data cleaning made it appear that Rhode Island’s increase in positive cases was less substantial than it was.

Though the data tweaks led to a reduction in the number of cases, they led to an increase in people reported to be hospitalized. Rhode Island had said there were 94 people hospitalized on Sept. 22; after the revision, it now says there were 102. The number of people in intensive-care units didn’t change.

Each state has its own list of exemptions and exceptions and required forms to fill out. New Jersey stands alone in saying that self-quarantining was “expected,” but “voluntary.”

Other exceptions in the states include transitory travel and commuting. Connecticut, for example, says trips of shorter than 24 hours into Connecticut don’t trigger the quarantine requirement, and trips shorter than 24 hours into Rhode Island also don’t trigger it.

Massachusetts, on the other hand, doesn’t have an exception for trips shorter than 24 hours, although it does allow for a list of “critical life activities” that you can do over the border without quarantining. The Bay State also has an exception for people who’ve tested negative on a sample taken no more than 72 hours before their arrival.

The travel rules apply to people who have been in Rhode Island and are traveling to those states, which can include Rhode Islanders heading out of town and also residents of those states coming back from visiting Rhode Island.
