Shucking clams & oysters. Super Beaver Moon meant off for clams of the non-bearded variety.


1st trip since last year and oysters were massive, but few and far between. Good for baking and stew, but a bit large for raw bar.

Clams were relatively plentiful, and varied from Cherrystones to Clamzillas.

These were those ones I had recently. Oysters Rockefeller and on top the chef put a Parmesan cream sauce. The best I have had.
