Crazy cr@p this morning. Somebody hit a pole and knocked our power out aboit 0600. Right when Mrs. Avenger needed to blow-dry.

Obviously a critical issue.

When I left for work all the local traffic lights were out..

Two police:involved accidents on the parkway during the ride home. Which, naturally, even with no lane blockages, everyone has to slow down because they've never seen a fender-bender before.

Even when I came home I had to dip and dodge to find a way through police and utility truck roadblocks.
