Took a spill today on the boat cleaning up and of course as the night wears on the pain increases. My left side kidney area just under the last rib took the brunt of it.

I cracked a rib once, very painful.
Hope it heals up quickly.

Bruised/cracked ribs, NEVER a fun event. Wait until you have to sneeze and your hands are full so you scramble to put that stuff down and hold your sides to keep the pain minimized when that sneeze erupts...

Regardless, take Acetaminophen/Ibuprofen combos. My ratio is 2 Ibu to 1 Aceta for yard work pain, but you may want to adjust that the other way for your initial, or just start on 3 Aceta until you're got some aching paine...

A flock of birds I’ve never seen before just flew over my house. I thought they were seagulls at first, but wingspan was too large. They had the same sound of a gull but more towards a laughing sound.
WTF could they be? they where too high to see any distinguishing marks or colors.

Black headed gulls. Someone up the block tosses cat food in the street in the morning and the Terns (white) would come every morning. Two years ago the blacks moved in and ran them out. Their from up north.
