setting yellow jacket traps see if it will lure them in and trap em'...they found their way into a crack in the foundation...used the spray last night but still there flying in and out
Had a crack in roof trim back in IL and it took multiple, probably 10 or so applications and 2 cans of Wasp Spray to wipe them out. It's time for Carpet Bombing, I mean Spraying...

Yea went thru 4 cans already. 2 locations one in the back of the house and one in the front!! Arghh

Yeah. Chevy… I have the DEP concrete in the gun ready to go, but what are the chances they live long enough to find a way into the house??? That my concern cause no idea how many are behind the siding and thru the concrete foundation. Need to see a few hundred dead I think before sealing them up ?? Maybe

If you're lucky, the plaintiff will settle once a jury is seated. They get nervous, that's happened to me twice on jury duty.
Pretty close Joe. Today was summations and Jury Instructions. We waited in the deliberation room, court officer brought a lunch menu...then 30 minutes later around 10am, he escorted us into the court area and after being seated the Judge informs us the parties just settled. LOL. I feel so unsatisfied :) But in actuality I had no clear concrete direction one way or the other on the case and was waiting for Judge instructions. Afterwards, my fellow jurists (6) all mostly concluded the same thing' that we would have would have sided with the defense....so many contradictions in the case (slip and fall)...Afterwardsin the downstairs area, the plantiff attorney states, 'we were a few million off, but came to a settlement'.

Suffice it to say...we didn't get free lunch today!

Makes sense, both of mine were slip and falls.

Getting ready to do an oil change and a front and rear wheel brake change on my Mercedes S550. For those that have one or another model of a Mercedes set up the same way, it's the easiest oil change you will ever do and stupid expensive to have done. You don't even need a pair of gloves and you never have to go under the car. There is super easy access to the oil filter located under the hood and takes less than five minutes to change. Oil is sucked out the dipstick. A single paper towel sheet is necessary to wipe the dipstick and clean your finger which oiled the o-ring on the filter cap. That's it for clean up.

As for the brakes, Mercedes wants a crazy $4200 for front and rear. And again, like the oil change, it's the easiest brake job you will ever do. OEM parts are pricey at $1700 ridiculous dollars for what are Brembo pads and rotors. And, the suck part, they don't last any longer than the NAPA parts I use on my pickup truck. I got 37,000 miles out of my first set of brakes. My pickup 50,000.
