Reels back from the spa. Love when they rebuild it for only the cleaning fee.

I feel so bored and confined with this windy/rainy weather. I decided to grit my teeth and removed the lower units off my F250's. It was cold and nasty out but they came off just fine. I brought them into my heated shop and serviced the water pumps and lower unit fluid. It's so nice being able to work off the bench. I just screw two 2x4's into the plywood top of the bench and slide the lower units into them. It makes it so much easier to service them.

I built a stand for the lower unit for my F 200, I like your idea much betterView attachment 113321
Very nice. I saw one like this online. It's nice and if you put wheels on it, it moves around easily but for me, I like being bench height so I don't have to bend over or sit on something. When I'm done, I don't need to store it. The four foot 2x4's are unscrewed and put back in the wood pile.
