so that confirms fuel pump not pushing?
years ago I had an old mazda pick-up that i regretted ever buying
speedometer cable broke. while threading new one thru the floor board to tranny me an my buddy unknowingly knocked off power connection that went to fuel pump.
Dropped tank, bench tested pump to find it was fine.
Very frustrating day when we realized what the real problem was finally got truck running

Is it the elbow trap itself?
I’m gonna go look at mine and think about how to spin it out
I know my line is PVC but the elbow trap is cast

Line in on left has a rubber fitting almost like a compression fitting. On right going out foundation has rubber fitting too. PVC up hours to vent
I’d have to think long and hard how to swap that bad boy out

So maybe you just gotta figure out a slip connector of some sort. Looking at my trap In that picture not sure what to do with that

I think you can cut out bad section and use rubber couplers with big ass hose clamps to tighten it down
