the "What are you doing NOW" thread (part deux)

someone has to invent a ceiling paint that goes on pink & dries white so you can see where you've painted over the old ceiling paint without having to wait for it to dry & then find out you missed a crap load of spots..........

Really difficult to see where you've painted & where you've missed when painting white on white. This of course then leads to the next logical question: "Why are you bothering to paint in the first place if you can't see the difference between old paint & newer paint?"

Like certain brands of spackle do. Go on pink dry white to let you know it's dried & ready for sanding.

In my earlier life I was a painting contractor so I'm just sitting here rolling my eyes...
Not sure which emoji that is

When doing doing coats its all the same. White on white, green on green, blue on blue... its all the same
Start at one end and keep going in a pattern til you get to the other end.
Thats the only way to know you got it all.
Cross rolling is another trick.
1st go east west, then cross back north south over the same area....
