very easy.....disconnect chain....take old flapper off clip on both sides (drain tank 1st). Connect new flapper...hook chain...get length right on chain you don;t want it too long or it gets caught under the flapper when it closes making your toilet "run".

Thanks Gino, that was the problem,,,,, chain too long and was getting under the flapper.... I think im good.

It's part of the process in cooling down a building using chillers....this is where the condenser water goes before going back to the condenser....gotta keep it clean...legionaires disease and such
