Cluster Housing based on Zoning established in 1923 that may have been fine then but is no longer suitable for a development in 2021. Builder trying to slip something in based on a 100 year old technicality. Like 40 houses. That's a 5% increase in the housing for the town based on the 2000 census data. All in one location.

The entire Town population was only 1074 people according to the 1920 census. So this type of zoning would have been fine back then.

For one thing - there wasn't much if any car traffic to think about in 1923. The roads servicing that area are unsuitable to handle the increased vehicular traffic that that is going to generate.

My reef tank got killed when I had a black out a few years ago and I lost over $6-7000 in fish and corals. Been meaning to turn it into a freash water tank using local fish and aquatics but never got around to it.

About ten years...tank cleaned and water 1/4” change out regularl. Fish about 7yrs old....tropical. Fresh water. I have a good friend who inspects the tank once in awhile who has been in the business for his ever. Family biz.

He said condition of tank is perfectly fine and the life span of these particular fish is about average or even better than what he see’s.

He knows the name of them, they are not expensiv.... We got three of them around 7yrs ago for about $12bucks.

The women on Sunrise hywy where we got them knew we did not know what we were doin and made it easy for us.

The tank is a 38 gal. Octago, the fish have been very happy.
I will let the one enjoy the tank to himself as longs as he can and then go get three more.
