just got off a chat with Bank of America..........

I've used them for like 20-25 years & stayed with them when I moved down here. There isn't a BOA ATM or Branch within 50 miles so I do all my banking on line - deposits by mail. I like them & out of habit just stayed with them.

I use a local ATM when I need cash that doesn't charge any fees. However BOA does. $2.50 a shot. So they kept sending me notices thanking me for being a Preferred Gold Client.

In the chat when asked how they coiuld help me I explained the situation & said how about dropping these ATM fees?

And just like that they did.



Doesn't hurt to ask sometimes......................
