You blamed a lack of local Italians on your inability to find diced pancetta, but that's probably not the reason because we usually get larger pieces so we can slice or dice as needed. It's probably a lack of wannabe paisanos who don't know better
We also don't buy pre-grated cheese, and NEVER buy that pre-grated stuff that comes in green, cardboard shakers.
And, we don't mention when we use fresh parsley, it's unsaid because we ALWAYS use fresh, flat leafed Italian parsley, along with fresh basil.
Just pointing out the fallacy of your logic stream.

She's got Grandpa wrapped around her little fingers. You got out of dodge when the getting was good, we got 10" today on top of the 4" that was there yesterday. Looks like it's finally done. Snowshoeing tomorrow, to tired now.
Writing a scathing review on Amazon of a 3 pack of Arita 50 GB BD-RE DL discs. 2 out of 3 worked, the first one I opened would crash just before writing the layer break on a 40 GB ISO file. Tried 2 different burners, 3 different ISOs and reformatted the damn thing 4 times....
Review finished, sipping hot chocolate w/Bailey's to ease the aches and pains from shoveling twice today, Snow was very wet so I got it in the morning and afternoon. At least it was the perfect consistency in that it went exactly where you pointed the snow blower, even though the wind was strong...
