I went a couple of years ago to no avial. This time the shots (4 of 'em) are targeting the arthritis. Doc basically told me the whole thing that's destroying my back is basically arthritis as it's a degenerative condition.

The only other option would be back surgery to completely rebuild my spine which may or may not help & would involved 3 months of bed rest & 6 months of recovery. That's not an option.

I just had to turn down a paid for tuna trip with my friend on the Jersey Shore because I don't think my back could handle tuna.
