Just finished my at home physical therapy as instructed by my OT
The good news is I do not need shoulder and or elbow surgery at this time by I'm in rehab now LOL

Same with my knee. And strangely, the shoulder is better. Almost like something got “stuck”.

The second part regarding the oil bill really sucks as it is really unfair that we have to pay for the mistakes of others who voted blindly for this garbage.

Oil prices go up and down super high and low when BOTH parties are in power. Wars, weather, spite, etc all play a part
Direct the anger towards the fat pigs at the oil companies making a bazillion dollars
They are the real villains

I watched The Dear Hunter, last night. Really good movie.
