Yeah, folks that live in areas where they can't even fart without getting a permit, don't understand that.

There is some nuance to firepits, and that's if you're making a fire bigger than something like 3' feet you need to get a burn permit. It's a new law, but I doubt anyone would actually give a crap up there, not like you're in "Norther Massachusetts", York, Cumberland & Oxford counties...

Do I need a burn permit for a bonfire or other type of large recreational fire (not a brush pile fire)? As of Oct 25, 2023, all recreational fires larger than 3 feet high and 3 feet in diameter will require burn permits.
