yeah - I ok sorta...............................

• 3 bulging discs
• 1 slipped disc that combined with arthritis is pinching a nerve which has left my left leg numb from the knee down since October
• gaps between two discs when resting
• gaps between all of them when I bend over

my left leg/ back had enough pain for me to consult docs/MRI, diagnosis arthritis, ,hip, degeneration of lower spine, remedy core strengthening at this time...

my opinion, Primary culprit sitting in the car /truck cockeyed on left side and always using the left leg as a pivot getting in /out on that side for 40 years...

I need an English / right side steering car... cellie...

Just got back from watching the Orchard Beach fireworks. Watched them from my friends deck on city island. Decent show.
