I suggest making sure that you're cleaning your 12 gauge pump. Nothing runs a shock down a male's spine than the sound of a pump shotgun. Run the pump, look him in the eye, shake his hand and say "Hello Son". That should tighten his spinchter adequately...

I'm in a Co-op and I waited to find an apt that had it's own washer/dryer in it. As I did not want to be going across the complex to the laundry room. Only a few have them in the apt, rest of the people use the laundry room.
