the "What are you doing NOW" thread (part deux)

Just got back from looking at this camper. Really nice but to heavy for my little Colorado ? which I don’t understand. I hooked it up and the truck only settled about a inch.

Looks like I will have to start looking at 20 ft or less.

We have been towing campers for over 30yrs currently a 35’ 5th wheel a little over 14K lbs. Big thing is not how much the tow vehicle will tow, but how much the tow vehicle will stop

Working at my biggest condo complex alone. My employee call in sick? because his family threw him a surprise birthday party last night..
This is a 2-3 day job , I’m a very pissed off and soon to be exhausted man.?

Back at the same job alone again?
No call or text from my employee. So guess what he’s officially unemployed weather it his choice or not ?

going out to check why there are 2 fire trucks, an ambulance, 2 Onancock PD cars. a Hazardous Materials trucks with 3 guys suited up & the Town Manager in front of my house?

a second ambulance from one town over showed up while I was talking to one of the Officers...

From what I gathered it turned out to be a "call on an unidentified drum of material on the property line" which came in from one of the neighbors They don't know what it is but it's not leaking somewhere behind the house across the street from me. The area was taped off & they weren't letting anyone bsck there..

It was loaded onto the hazardous material truck & taken away.

God forbid the neighbors who called would ask the homeowner what was in the drum before calling. Probably nothing but a waste of first responders time and your money

kind of a dicy area where it was found, 4 or 5 properties kinda come together including one Town owned piece and leaves a tangled up area of trees & undergrowth - doesn't seem to actually belong to anyone. Like an abandoned patch forest for lack of a better word,
No one seems to own it.

Neighbor that called it in said it wasn't there yesterday.
