It was spinal surgery lol. Second son was born 3 weeks ago. We are done with 2!

I was supposed to join the family there - but spine opertion last month put the kibosh on that.

not sure really, one of the first times i’m trying… but i would think a long time, probably more than leaving the garlic on the counter… i never kept whole garlic in fridge , perhaps that works… in general, garlic last a good while on counter top, i’m just making it “slightly easier” for my cooking… cell…
