Time too ride

Well me n ed started out on a ride to go see chevy then a ride to the beach about a half mile in ed saw I had no brake lights need less to say we didnt ride but we fixed the brake light issue ALWAYS next weekend
 
Ed stopped by the shop today we set out to ride around 2,30 stopped by ACE harad ware for somethings to fix my sink then off we went to Robert MOSES lighthouse where stopped for a bit then it was off to Jones beach nice ride down ocean parkway about 4miles from the JB Pencil I noticed I was about to run out of gas. Headed up the Meadow brook to Merrick we gassed up then back down the Parkways to visit MOM N DAD they were happy yo see us and Dad was happy to see his bike as we lefft Dad was yelling from the porch YOU KNOW THATS MY BIKE RIGHT I said yeah he says RIDE IT HARD I WANNA HEAR MY BIKE WHEN YOU LEAVE lol I got on her when I left he heard it Back to work to put her away did about 100 mls today was a good day

Me and Frankie left Smithtown and headed to Northport to the Feed & Grain for some lunch Was good to see the bartender and waitress we got friendly with before Covid hit was it was the first time we have been there in almost 2 yrs ate lunch Bull shitted a bit and it was time to go It was hot as hell on the north shore so we went to visit the light house at robert moses as soon as we hit the first bridge you could feel the wind and the chill in the air it felt awesome. WE got down as far as we could get to the light house pulled over for a smoke and here comes the Park ranger ball bustin time we thought we was wrong he didnt like where we parked and showed us a better spot turns out where we were 2 cars in 2 weeks had wrecked were we parked drinking and leaving the beach we thanked him and moved few mins later he came over to BS and show us pics of the wrecks, He was a hell of a nice guy left there took sunrise to Lakeland where we split up made it home half hour before the down pour The weather on the South shore was actually a bit chilly with the ocean breeze it felt great
 
So ED picked me up yesterday morning and drove me to work the plan was to bring Dads bike outta the shop and bring it here. We left the shop around 2.30 and I rode to eds house so he could get his bike while we were there we installad a set of highway pegs on his bike and off we went to Shinnecock inlet VIA Sunrise highway hung there for a bit watching the boats come n go then we took a short hop to the shinnecock locks stopped there for a bit watching the boats fighting the current trying to thru the locks. Plan was to take a ride East on Montauk but it was getting late and figured the traffic would be bad out there so we opted to ride back over the ponquoge bridge and take dune road to West Hampton.Took a back road outta West Hampton (forget the name) but its a nice lil ride it comes out by the Triangle Pub from there it was off to East moriches where we took Montauk back to my house. Wife ordered a pizza and we moved stuff from shed to shed put me soft tail into the new shed and Dads pride n joy went into the old shed. Great day riding with my Bud and the mission was accomplished Dads bike is hopefully at its new home

I havent been there in over 20 yrs used to me me and my cousins place to go as it was in between where we both lived
 
Frankie/Wayne met me at my house affter work nice ride out East about 60 mls for me fun day.
Anyone else here we should get together and ride :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
 
Rode to work this Am plan was me and Frankie were gonna ride after work about 12.30 when we were done it was brutal hot there was brief mention of calling the ride quits and just going home because of the heat. Well I met him at his Daughters house in centereach where he grabbed his bike and off we went over to Robert moses light house did I mention it was friggin hot Hit the first bridge breeze from the water felt great Second bridge with the brief shade from above was an awesome short cool ride Stopped by the turn around by the light house had a smoke and Off to Nickys in Bayshore for a refreshing drink and some lunch snacks hung there for a while then rode home parted ways at Lakeland 100 MLS for me today despite the heat we had a great time as usual
