I been noticing around here with the couple of days of early morning frost last week they put sand and salt on the roads thats still there

same here with the salt. The last two times I was out this week made sure to wash the bike off good after the ride.

A friend I used to work with just sent me these pictures it happened right around the block from his house he was stopped at a red light making a right on red and was going to be rear ended at 30 mph .He hit the throttle .straight across Patchogue Holbrook Road into oncoming traffic luckily a biker in a pick up was the first one of the oncoming traffic locked up his brakes to turn his truck sideways to block all other cars as not to hit my friend who eventually went down luckily he only bruised his ankle no other body damage His perfect bike needs a bit of work but he’s OK
