Great day fishing outside Connecticut today with some old buddies lots of shorts, but we did manage our limit busted off a few bruises, nonstop, action!

PS I have the best blackfish cake recipe ever! Enjoy!
Black fish cakes
◦ 2 cloves of garlic minced
◦ 2 tablespoons onion
◦ 1 tsp old Bay
◦ dash of Tabasco
◦ 2 tbs chopped parsley
◦ 2 tbs real mayonnaise
◦ Egg
◦ 1/2 tsp of kosher salt
◦ Fresh ground pepper
◦ 1/2- 2/3 of a cup coarse white bread crumbs (see how much the mixture needs)
◦ 1 LB of fish
◦ 1/2 cup of panko of Ritz crackers taken off
◦ olive oil.
1. In a bowl combine garlic, onion, Tabasco, egg, parsley, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and then set it aside.
2. Cut the Blackfish into half inch cubes
3. Put the cubed fish into breadcrumbs and shake it loose
4. Gently Fold the fish into the mixture.
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
6. Shape them into cakes
7. Roll them into panko or the and the Ritz cracker
8. Fry or bake
