Could be 450 + or 250 + current benefits entitled.

I feel, it should go away which will send the work force back in place at all levels, since Each type of workforce feeds each other we would all be stronger and more productive resulting in a society that appreciates each other rather than your a this and your a that.

I think your discussing two different things

One a axons stimulus check
Two extension of the federal unemployment Payments

One needs to not happen
The other needs to be allowed to die

I believe everyone (couples) making less than 150k got the full amount singles above 75k, others above that got a lesser amount. Not everyone lost their job during this.

I guess my point is I think the people who really needed it could have gotten more, if those who weren't hurt by the shutdown weren't issued checks. I personally wasn't financially affected but still was sent free money.

I believe it may have something to do with Be Cuz some fellow demanded his signature Was on the checks and it was good idea for as many peeps as possible to see he sent them money

Dont know how they figured it all outIm gonna guess it would of taken years to look at every person and figured out if they needed it or not

How did It fail? people needed it and might still just cause stuff is opening up doesent mean is automatically get their old job back gonna take time

A lot of people I know got more unemployment $$ than they got working, buddy has a landscaping business & some of his guys didn't wanna come back, they were getting more from unemployment.

Yeah I dont agree with that but it will end when they cut off the extra $600

the reason for the checks even if you weren't affected was to get money circulating in the economy.....the stimulus and the extended UE is a drop in the bucket compared to what wealthy corps and individuals get from the government even during normal times.....so take every penny you can....or some fat cat will gladly take it for you. The working people are brainwashed into thinking government assistance is bad....and yes it is bad...but the corp world will just take your share anyway...so what the hell...give me my cheese!! Stop it on both ends...and keep your cheese
