Tuesday 7/28 Mixed Bag Charter

Had my long term customer John and his Neighbor Ricky with sons Matt and Brendan join me on Tuesday for some mixed bag fishing. Started on the early ebb in Plum Gut and had fairly steady action with short Bass and few Blues. Moved over to the Race for the middle of the ebb tide and action was again consistent but mostly very large, arm breaking Blues into the teens along with a couple more short Bass. Finished the trip putting a limit of tasty Sea Bass in the box just north of Plum on our way back. Teenaged Matt had the hot hand with several double header Biscuits! A fun day with great weather and the rods bending throughout the trip.

Some weekend dates still open for the improved Montauk Fluke run as soon as the ocean settles down form the current tropical storm heading north. Give me a call if you want to hop aboard.
