kept checking the various radars on accuweather and weatherchannel.com but myradar on my phone shows a blob broke off from the storm assailing Long Beach and is headed right for Matzohpizza. Had to close all the doors as we are minding our friend's dog for a couple of weeks and he is a mess with any loud noises.

torrential downpour here for about 1/2 hour with a LOT of Thunder & Lightening - 1.5 inches according to my rain gauge - fair amount for 1/2 hour storm - we needed it - Farmers Appreciative

Just got home from liquor store after being on boat most of the day. Beautiful day on the water, perfect sunny conditions outside of shinnecock. Just starting to get some thunder and a little bit of rain today. We got more than our share yesterday....
