The other day I was looking at the winter outlook and they said 18 to 23 of snowfall for the nyc metro. They also said look out for snow in late Nov into Dec. Looking at above normal Temps for the winter months. 18 to 23 is for the entire winter. Saw north of here a very snowy winter upstate NY Boston Vermont could see over 50 inches of snow this winter. See how this all plays out in the months to come
