Going forward i am going to see how many days the rest of this winter is 32 degrees and lower. Warmup starts now. I looked at February thru April and NYC will be above normal lots of 50s and 60s and can't rule out 70s and 80s once we get into March and April. Florida temperatures will be way below normal once we get into Feb.
