As of midday February 23, 2026, North Patchogue has recorded 27.2 inches of snow from a powerful winter storm (Blizzard of 2026), making it one of the hardest-hit areas on Long Island. The area saw heavy, wet snow, with high wind gusts and near-blizzard conditions, resulting in over 2 feet of accumulation.
