[Dx life Rx fishing]

Must have been a narrow swath it carved out. I am in Greenlawn and it got real dark and windy. But nothing like some of the pictures I have seen.

We got some of it in Miford Ct. we were fishing in New Haven, nothing doing, moved to Charles island and lightning struck a few hundred yards away, so in we went , it was more like a squall as soon as we got in it was over.

just hanging out. some gardening, online shopping, our pool. Recovering from yesterday's battery cable with its hidden corrosion- almost lost day of fishing. as it was the bay was nice, cloudy, not windy, and nothing but shorts and robins and not that many of either. and a plus, this 19 year old Sea Pro and its 19 yr old yammie ran like a champ.
Even before I retired 8 years ago I rarely put the boat in the water on weekends or holidays, vastly preferring taking a day of annual leave. I will paddle on weekends, since I stay in the 5mph zones or the marshes, away from the idiots and drunks for the most part. But the boating license will fix all that.

Clouds are moving in....seems to be cooling off a bit. But the humidity is crazy.

Humidity supposedly only in the low 70s here in Matzahpizza and still a lot of hot sun, but supposed to rise to 80% during later thunderstorm timeframe. If its raining, shouldn't it be 100% lol?
