Fished from the Throgs neck bridge up through the sound to Greenwich, many barely shorts along the way… 25 years ago
With a four fish limit at 14 1/2 inches would’ve had a banner day my friend and I with dozen fish over 18 inches

I haven't seen a postage stamp. Im surprised those fish are still there. Curious, when was the last time you had a fluke at the Throgs this late into the season?
