Criminal attacks like the above are a lot different than attacks by LEO sworn to protect the public. Both situations are bad but significantly different.

I don’t see the difference. Both have two arms, two legs.
When no one in a group does nothing different, it becomes a culture problem due to guidance meaning lack of.

A criminal committing a crime is different than a person in a position of trust or power committing a crime. Not to say that force is not required at times. This happening when they know it's being recorded makes one wonder how bad these things were before.

A crime is a crime happens everyday in all walks of life. Lately it seems those with no power or trust get away with the crimes
