A decision from the Alabama Supreme Court has led to a halt in IVF services at some locations and a flurry of protests from providers in the fertility space.

The court ruled on Feb. 16 that under state law, frozen embryos are considered children, stating in the decision that "the Wrongful Death of a Minor Act applies on its face to all unborn children, without limitation."

The decision was in response to two wrongful death cases brought by three couples whose frozen embryos were destroyed in an accident at an Alabama fertility clinic.

I listened to this case, amazing how their "stories" said early 2022.

A Friday filing from the attorney of former President Trump claims to show at least 35 visits by Wade to the Hapeville neighborhood before he was hired.

The Friday affidavit asserts that cellphone data shows Willis and Wade sharing more than 2,000 phone calls and just under 12,000 text messages in the first 11 months of 2021.

I listened to the rally yesterday.

Let's break this down for you.

Fox was sued for its coverage of the elections and what was said on its program. Many of the personalities were not protected by the corporation, they were sued personally. What really came out was that we all know that the media is owned by the left. What came out with the Fox case, etc, was that the courts are now owned by the left.

If you have any doubt, read the recent case against Trump in NYC.

So basically an off camera discussion with Neil Cavuto would be VERY different than an on camera discussion. The left would sue and not relent until his assets were gone. Free speech and belief is slowing dying on the vine. If we can get the courts back on track, people may be able to speak freely.
