Whats going on in the World

Time to round them up.

Are those the ones honored before the LA Dodgers baseball game a while back?

Yup

In May 2023, the Sisterhood of Perpetual Indulgence was honored by the Los Angeles Dodgers with the Community Hero Award at their 10th annual LGBTQ+ Pride Night. The group of men, who mock Catholics by dressing up as Nuns, were cited for their "life-saving work that they have done tirelessly for decades."

"So can you help me? Because I'm really – I'm really worried about that because you've got the First Amendment operating in an environment of threatening circumstances from the government's perspective, and you're saying that the government can't interact with the source of those problems," Jackson added.

Her comments quickly went viral with dozens of people insisting that "hamstringing the federal government" is "literally the point" of the First Amendment.

"That’s literally the point of the Bill of Rights. The government’s powers derive from, and are subservient to, the rights of the People," California state Rep. Bill Essayli echoed.

"I would be more concerned if the First Amendment did not hamstring the government in significant ways," said Reason senior editor Robby Soave.

"This is not funny This lady is dangerous," podcaster Tim Pool wrote.

OutKick writer Ian Miller wrote, "Always encouraging to see Supreme Court justices show this little understanding of the foundational principles of the United States."

One of the most frightening public comments from a sitting justice. Downright dangerous.

Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump were brilliant when it came to the Supreme Court.

Good Lord - how could anyone do that?

A Cleveland woman who pleaded guilty to aggravated murder after leaving her toddler home alone in a playpen while she went on a 10-day vacation was sentenced Monday to life in prison without parole.

A judge found that Kristel Candelario, 32, had committed “the ultimate act of betrayal” when she left her 16-month-old daughter, Jailyn Candelario, in a playpen, “trapped in a tiny prison,” while she traveled to Puerto Rico and Detroit last June.

“Just as you didn’t let Jailyn out of her confinement, so too you should spend the rest of your life in a cell without freedom,” Judge Brendan Sheehan told Candelario in handing down the sentence.

Forensic pathologist Elizabeth Mooney determined Jailyn died from starvation and severe dehydration due to pediatric neglect and ruled Jailyn’s death a homicide.

Prosecutors said Candelario redressed her daughter in clean clothes before first responders arrived, but Mooney said in court that she found feces on Jailyn’s hands and feet, under her fingernails and on her mouth and teeth — which investigators said they initially believed was dirt.

Mooney’s voice quivered as she described the “terrifying” circumstances of the toddler’s death, saying Jailyn experienced extreme and prolonged suffering for as long as a week before she died.

Just have to find a court without bias. That will be the crux of this case. Pretty simple, he said it on prime time TV.

He already has it in the bag. Never convicted of rape. Considering he (George) was an advisor for the democrat party and worked for Bill Clinton. He should be a pro on sexual harassment and how to avoid these foot-in-mouth situations.

If only they voted based on those numbers, NY would be a better place to live. But they continue with the same mistake.
As a sane person. How do you stop insane peeps from voting when, laws were changed to allow them to breed, then deemed not insane, allowed to marry and walk among normals. This is the areas base of voters around city’s. For example my sister adopted a tart years ago. It’s parents were both tarts, they bred 6 total. My niece as soon as she reached puberty was banging everybody that would give her cigarettes. She put out two tarts before my idiot sister tossed her out. It went elsewhere and put out a couple more tarts. Give them anything with free attached and you’re golden. They can all vote, they have rights.

Then you have racists. They will only vote blue. Don’t matter how many kill each other in Chicago every weekend. Voting common sense over compassion is taboo.

They use cellphone-jamming equipment to disrupt Wi-Fi networks and expensive security systems. In some cases, investigators caught them hiding in brush wearing ghillie suits, waiting for homeowners to go out, so they could sneak inside.

The crime is made possible because Chile is a part of the U.S. Visa Waiver Program, which allows tourists and business travelers to enter America for 90 days or less without having to obtain a visa or go through a thorough vetting process.

Not sure that I'd interpret this in that fashion. My take is "SCOTUS" is doing the right thing not to circumvent this going to the Appeals court 1st.

There is a pecking order and lately everyone seems to think it shouldn't be used...
I am happy to see Texas is doing whatever it can to protect its legal citizens.

Pecking order? I do agree, but as we have seen, these lower courts are out of their minds. Get it right in front of the Supreme Court.

An illegal can possess a gun legally? Illegal. It blows my mind.
