The SCOTUS is rigged. The way the judges are selected can easily get a rigged court, which Trump was “lucky” enough to do. It’s become a rigged system when a president can select justices that will carry out his bidding simply because other justices stepped down or died. There should be term limits, and a different way of appointing justices. Additionally we need some accountability for them. Clarence Thomas as an example has abused his position by accepting expensive gifts from right wing donors which he has largely not reported. There is an big effort going on to enact these suggestions.
