Whats going on in the World

Biden was drafted and got 5 deferments.

Obama and Clinton also dodged Vietnam.

Whats your point?
Incorrect……

They never drafted 13 year olds. That’s how old Obama’s was when the war ended.

Biden received college deferments which was a legal alternative and not in any way associated as being a “draft dodger”. Later he was not eligible due to asthma, a real condition that followed him throughout his life.

Clinton also received a number of college deferments, and eventually signed up for the ROTC which was seen in the 1992 election as a ploy to avoid the draft due to his never actually had joined, only signed up.

Now our bone spur President also had several college deferments. When the man born who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth could not use that anymore his rich daddy had a doctor friend who signed off on that medical condition and has already admitted it was all bullchit as a favor to his rich dad.

Biden had a Y-1, a classification given to him by corruption. As he bragged about the football star he claimed he was, his deferment was for earlier years of alleged asthma. Spin spin spin. My father was 14 when he joined RCAF, crashed his first plane at 15. Went to jail for it as barnstorming was illegal. Then enlisted in the US Army reserves at 16 right before WWII and finished out the war on a Navy destroyer at the old age of 22. Don’t use age in an equation and expect to win that argument.

Incorrect, and you make no sense. Don’t use age as a reason for not having been drafted? Obama’s was 13 years old.

Additionally, you conveniently made no mention of an explanation of our spoiled rich bone spur President who’s doctor has already admitted the papers he signed stating he has bone spurs was done to keep the chicken chit from not being drafted as a favor to his rich father

Rape is how they ride, the Democrats. They treat rape like an experimental vaccine. Accept it, can’t have no kings saying otherwise, and when that doesn’t work. They go crazy and shoot up schools or accuse others of their pent up guilt.
While on the subject of picking and choosing your comments……………. You appear to delight in the social media reports that Eric Swalwell being accused of sexual misconduct by a DRUNK WOMAN.

Why not a word concerning Mr Bone Spurs and the 28 woman who have accused him of sexual misconduct and worse?

Donald Trump has been accused of rape or attempted rape by at least three women in public or legal records, although the total number of women accusing him of various forms of sexual misconduct exceeds 25.
The specific accusations of rape or attempted rape include:
  • E. Jean Carroll: In 2019, writer E. Jean Carroll accused Trump of raping her in a department store dressing room in the mid-1990s. In 2023, a federal jury found Trump liable for sexual abuse but not "rape" under New York's narrow legal definition (which then required penile penetration). However, the presiding judge later clarified that the jury's findings met the "common definition" of rape because the jury determined Trump had forcibly penetrated her with his fingers.
  • Ivana Trump: During divorce proceedings in 1990, Trump's first wife stated in a sworn deposition that he had "raped" her in 1989. She later clarified in a 1993 statement that she did not want her words interpreted in a "literal or criminal sense" and eventually recanted the allegation entirely in 2015.
  • Jill Harth: A former business associate filed a lawsuit in 1997 (which she later withdrew) alleging that Trump subjected her to an "attempted rape" during a 1993 meeting at Mar-a-Lago.

Total Sexual Misconduct Accusations
Broadly, at least 28 women have publicly accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct since the 1970s, according to compiled reporting from The Guardian and Axios. These allegations range from:
  • Forcible kissing and groping: Alleged by women such as Jessica Leeds, Amy Dorris, and Stacey Williams.
  • Voyeurism: Several former Miss USA and Miss Teen USA contestants alleged Trump entered dressing rooms while they were undressed.
Donald Trump has denied all allegations, frequently characterizing them as "fake news" or politically motivated. He has never faced criminal charges related to these claims.

Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE), a nonpartisan organization focused on election security, alleges the New York State Board of Elections (NYSBOE) stonewalled a request to fix the state’s voter registration form to comply with federal voting law.

First, New York State did not instruct individuals that they must provide their driver’s license information if they have one. It also continued registering individuals who did not provide a driver’s license, the last four digits of their Social Security number or a declaration that the applicant has neither, as required by federal law.

A 2022 report from the conservative Public Interest Legal Foundation found that at least 3.1 million New York registered voters have not provided a driver’s license or Social Security number on their application form.

So that's how they keep it blue!

Although he avoided rape charges in NY he was liable in civil court to the tune of many million's of dollars. He avoided the criminal charges in NY due to the very narrow statutory rape charge definitions, and his wealth to have a multitude of attorneys.

Still, he has been accused by 28 woman of sexual misconduct at the very least. That’s…… TWENTY EIGHT 28. Eric Swalwell by 1 drunk woman

No, Donald Trump has never faced criminal charges in court regarding sexual misconduct or rape, although he has been accused of such acts by at least 28 women since the 1970s.

While he has not faced criminal prosecution for these allegations, he has been found liable for sexual abuse in civil court.
  • E. Jean Carroll Civil Case (2023): A federal jury in New York found Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation in a civil case brought by writer E. Jean Carroll, who alleged he raped her in a department store dressing room in the 1990s.
  • Civil Liablity vs. Criminal Charges: The jury did not find him liable for rape under New York's narrow statutory definition at the time, but rather for a lesser degree of sexual abuse (battery). The judge later clarified that the findings met the "common modern parlance" definition of rape.
  • Damages: Trump was ordered to pay a total of $5 million in damages in the first case, and an additional $83.3 million in a 2024 trial for related defamation.
  • No Jail Time: Because this was a civil lawsuit, not a criminal prosecution, Trump faced financial penalties but not jail time.
  • Statute of Limitations: Criminal charges were not brought in the Carroll case or others, such as the 1990 allegation by his former wife Ivana Trump, because the statute of limitations had passed.

Other lawsuits, including one from former Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos, were withdrawn or dismissed. Trump has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct.

The New Jersey boom can be linked to workers getting priced out of New York City who are choosing its neighboring state to avoid sacrificing their full paychecks while maintaining transit access. Many of these new commuters are in the finance, pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.

Interesting, blue to blue.

As of early 2025, data indicates Joe Biden spent approximately 570 to 577 days—roughly 39-40% of his four-year presidency—on vacation or personal overnight trips, exceeding the time taken by previous U.S. presidents. Key stays included trips to Camp David, Delaware homes, and St. Croix, often described as working vacations.
  • Total Vacation Days: Data from the Republican National Committee and other reports counted 577 days away from the White House, with a significant portion (roughly 117-118 full days) considered formal vacation.
  • Comparison to Others: Critics note this exceeded the time off taken by predecessors like Donald Trump and Barack Obama, who had previously been criticized for their own vacation days.
  • Critics vs. Supporters: While opponents frequently highlighted these trips as excessive, proponents often defended them as "working vacations" similar to other modern presidents, despite critics arguing the time off was excessive.
  • Destinations: Key locations for his trips included his homes in Delaware, Camp David, and stays in Nantucket, Tahoe, and St. Croix.
Here’s Trump claiming he won’t have any time to play golf like Obama did. Turns out he spent much much much more time playing golf than Obama ever did.

Trump visited a Trump Organizationproperty on 428 (nearly one in three) of the 1,461 days of his first presidency and is estimated to have played 261 rounds of golf, one every 5.6 days.

The point is all the MAGA community is getting a woody because of 1 allegation against a one guy running in a local election who is being accused of sexual assault by a woman who admitted she was drunk.

Meantime Mr Bone Spurs has been accused of sexual impropriety and much worse including rape a few times by 28 women and MAGA is silent.

BOTTOM LINE: TRUMP is better a President than Obama & Biden added together… cell…
.
You know what they say about opinions, they are like A-holes, everyone has one.

History, in particular presidential historians, will be the judge of what their accomplishments were, and who were the outstanding ones, and who were bad. If they were to write it today, Trump would probably go down as the worst President in history. There is a good chance he won’t finish his term, and that won’t be due to health reasons or death (although death is a real possibility given his “my pillow - BigMac” physique & dietary habits) Congress should get some power and balls after the midterms.

Looking forward to the mid term elections!!!
