Many Americans complain about immigration, and that immigrants are "stealing American jobs", well guess what? The newly formed Department Of Government Efficiency or "DOGE" for short [so creative

] has determined that they don't care what many Americans want, and with trump's support. Who cares that they never did, but I digress.
The H-1B is a visa in the United States under the Immigration and Nationality Act, that allows United States employers to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations; and that is exactly what they plan on doing, a LOT, apparently 'to the death' if necessary. It's how Musk got here, but now it's what helps make him richer.

I guess trump expects us to forget that his first administration restricted the program in 2020, arguing that it allows businesses to replace Americans with lower-paid foreign workers, which it can and does. But now he has of course flip-flopped, much to the dismay of many Republicans.
How many more will get played and suffer buyer's remorse? And the pos hasn't even taken office yet.

I mean is all this really that upsetting to some people around NYA TO hear oppossing views on politics?? I cannot imagine someone trashing a politician on any side upsetting me.....I control my life. I should not be held under a microscope for always winning a battle of wits with some people here....even if they are unarmed. This keeps us old goats from get dementia by having to think about things now and then. There is little fishing going on anymore and if not for a (maybe) saturday night bath some rarely see the water anymore. So WATCHDOG....please be kind to us old dogs. WOOF WOOF!!

Thank's for your input regarding the site Gene, But its like asking the Fox the best way to watch the hen house. I will stick to my instincts and take care of the Fox as I have done in the past.
