So they should have let them both die.? Well that’s really compassionate stance to take if we could tell if the kid will be born special, aka gay I would agree. However the medical field is about saving life. At least that’s what they portray unless you didn’t want to be part of lab experiment with covid shots. Or disagreed with a manipulated presidential election.

Supreme Court Retains Block on Using Wartime Law to Deport Venezuelans​

The justices sent the case back to a lower court to consider whether the Alien Enemies Act can be used to deport immigrants accused of being members of the Venezuelan gang.

In their order, the justices said that the stakes facing the detainees are “particularly weighty,” citing the case of a Maryland man, Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, who was “deported in error” to the El Salvador prison in March. So far, the Trump administration has said it is unable to bring him back, despite an order from the justices to “facilitate” his return.

Under such circumstances, the justices wrote, “notice roughly 24 hours before removal, devoid of information about how to exercise due process rights to contest that removal, surely does not pass muster.”

Shit happens when one branch of government acts like a teenager testing its limits and chooses to exceed their constitutionally specified powers.

Apparently his "really smart" attorneys failed constitution-reading comprehension...

Personally, I'm eager to see if his birthright citizenship challenge gets a 9-0 rebuke, but it will probably be another 7-2 denial...

***Looking at video on the news, there was a tug nearby. No idea at this point if it was hired as backup or if it tried to answer a distress call. Even if it was available it may have all happened too fast to get a line on.
