The application says Keeler was 15 when she wrestled for third place at the Lady Jag Kickoff on Dec. 6, 2025, a girls’ tournament at Emerald Ridge High School. She and her mother say they were not told her opponent was male. During the match, they allege, the opponent penetrated her. Another team’s coach told her afterward that the opponent was male, the family says.

When Brown asked for a guarantee that her daughter would not have to face a male without penalty, and for notice so she could opt out, the district refused. It offered forfeiture if Keeler already knew the opponent was male. It said gender-identity information would be kept confidential.

"No girl should have to choose between playing the sports she loves and her safety," the application says. It asks the Court to bar officials from forcing Keeler to wrestle a male while the appeal goes forward, or at least to require notice and a no-penalty opt-out.

So you really believe an article that says one opponent penetrated the other during a wrestling match?? I think you need to find some more reliable news sources 🤣🤣🤣🤣

American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten drew backlash Wednesday after filming a video from a field near Newark’s Delaney Hall migrant detention facility, where she decried alleged conditions inside.

Weingarten’s video, filmed within view of the facility, comes as school-choice advocates have criticized her political activism while student academic performance remains below pre-pandemic levels — with one critic recently summing up the contrast as a desire to "dictate … policy on immigration while its own members’ students struggle with basic skills."
School-choice advocate Corey DeAngelis responded to Weingarten’s video by arguing that the union leader wants more illegal immigrants enrolled in public schools because their enrollment increases taxpayer funding.

A California women’s sports advocate and candidate for office says organizers cleared the audience from a school board candidate forum after a dispute over her "Save Girls Sports" shirt.

Shannon Kessler, the Republican candidate for California’s 30th Assembly District and founder of Save Girls Sports Central Coast, told OutKick she was instructed to cover the shirt at a Sept. 21 forum for Lucia Mar Unified School District trustee candidates in Arroyo Grande.

Getting worse by the day.

The people of Washington state haven't officially spoken yet, but new polling revealed what they might actually say.

The hottest-button issue on the Nov. 3 ballot is Initiative 638, a measure that would ban biological boys from competing against girls in K-12 sports. And Wednesday, data suggested that it has a strong chance of passing.

Let's Go Washington, the group behind the initiative, released numbers showing that 56% of 7,500 of likely Washington voters would vote "yes" on I-638, 24% would vote "no" and 22% were undecided. In terms of support by political affiliation, the poll showed that 73% of Republican respondents support the measure, along with 48% of Democrats and 52% of independents.

Maybe some hope....................
