One of your favorites is back!! Fresh Caught Stuffed Lobster. Body stuffed with Fresh Local Crab and then topped with alternating pieces of Lobster and Jumbo Shrimp and topped with A Capered Lemon Zest Buerre Blanc. We serve it with Asiago Mushroom and Sweet Pea Risotto!!

So what did I learn?

• I don't know how to grill short ribs
• I don't especially like short ribs (at least how I grilled them)
• I'll never buy short ribs again
