I was just telling my wife I’m determined to go hunting around Shinnecock Bay and find some local Mussels. I know of plenty in the tidal flats but prefer ones that arent out of the water and in the sun at low tide
Did you harvest or buy those?

1st Fresh Tuna meal of the season. Blue Fin caught by a good friend south of Montauk just before this big blow
Some tartare style with oven baked wonton wrappers , cuke slices, and avacado some flashed seared in cast iron pan. Both with spicy mayo and wasabi sauce
Asian noodles on the side
All I did was clean and prep the fish
Wife did the rest
