A fishing buddy popped some chanterelles he and his wife collected. Did a quick sauté with butter, garlic and, of course, fresh parsley to accompany some blackened striper bass.

As a note, the parsley came out of my herb garden as was picked 1 minute prior to hitting the pan...

haha. yes that was the 2nd breakfast im still on NY time was up at 5:30am local time went out to the local speedway for a ice coffee and a banana...
When my sister and daughter wolk up at 10am local time my sis made us some breakfast pasture raised eggs, red green peppers, avocado, toast and canadian bacon....

still up now 12 am NY time brothers!!
